Raising a Geniemon

1 / 7

Levelling up

A Geniemon goes up to level 60. Feed it Yum, Yum-Yum and Yum-Yum-Yum Creams, or other Geniemons used as material — a consumed Geniemon returns the experience it had gathered itself.

  • Yum, Yum-Yum and Yum-Yum-Yum Creams grant experience, from the least to the most generous.
  • A Geniemon used as material returns its experience: the ones you will never equip are never wasted.
  • The level is capped at each ascension step. Without ascending, gathered experience goes nowhere.
Geniemon Upgrade: on the left what you can feed it, on the right the five slots and the experience gained.

Ascension happens at levels 20, 40 and 60, then once more with no level requirement. Each one asks for a Geniemon of the same species — any of its variants — and one Yum-Yum Milk.

Every ascension opens a Trait slot. It is the only way to get one: an ordinary variant ends with three, a shining variant with four.

Ascension, and the step it opens.
